Secret of the Yoga asanas
The posture in which
there is no movement in the body and there is joy that posture is called as ASANA. Most of the people are thinking doing Asanas is just like doing
Exercise. As Exercise shows impact on body similarly Asanas also
show complete impact on our body but Asanas are not simply done by
our body. Everyone in the world is combination of Body + Manassu(mind)
+ Chaitanya(movement).Human being's
gesture is mixture of
these three.The main intention of the Yoga Asanas is to establish good inter
relation among these three things and to establish equalization in our body.If
Asanas are to be done with only our body then we can do Asanas along with
thinking about house matters, office matters or any other matters.But to do
Asanas, our Mind's complete vision must be at the body.Other matters must
NOT come into our Mind. We must keep our Mind on How is status in the posture,
How is the breath is moving, How muscles are working. if we do like this then
only We can assume that we did the Yoga Asanas 100% perfectly.
When we do the Exercise
there is no need to keep our Mind on our body. Thats
why because of Exercise
we will get less benefits.
When a
person is Unhealthy mentally as well as physically, in Life any work he/she
can't do actively.Can't achieve what he/she wishing.When a person is
physically and mentally healthy then only energetically and
satisfactorily can do work.The thing that Living happily, reaching higher
peaks in Spirituality is possible is well known by our ancestors 1000
years ago. Thats why the way that Yoga Asanas is created and practiced by them
and they could get good benefits. In our ancient days as medicines are not invented
so in order to not get unhealthiness, our ancestors were thinking how the energy that is
inside of ours is utilized so that we can protect ourselves from not being Unhealthy. Thats why they were
Living happily and healthy. Up to this moment Yoga Asanas are giving
unbelievable benefits with the continuous practice. All advanced Medical
methods are invented now a days. and are told with less experience. But Asanas
were being researched from 1000 years for physical,mental healthiness and for
Spiritual growth these are designed in a standard way. Even though there is a
change in the thinking and the life style of the human being then and now, the
need of Asanas is same only. These Asanas help us to get not only the Health
but also the higher minute important moments in our body.We who
are with unhealthiness, with pains, with sorrows and with so
many psychological problems, because of the great Yoga Asanas
achieving such a great state of mind and body is unbelievable thing. First of all
our main duty is to come out of the Physical and psychological sorrows
completely. Achieving higher state comes afterwards. Practicing Asanas is
mainly to come out of these all problems.

flexible and loose.
- By giving strength to the all
muscles and organs of our body, Asanas will help to provide the best blood
circulation to the entire body.
- Asanas removes the dangerous toxins and
poisons which are accumulated and stored in different organs.

organs of our body.
- Asanas will provide peaceful mind by
establishing the proper coordination between body and mind.
Our body and
mind are inseparable. When physical health comes completely then only good
changes will come in the mind too.
Psychological disturbance and Physical weakness these two will lead to so many types of health problems. Our body has such a miraculous capacity which can do treatment to itself. Naturally with the help of the energy our body can protect itself from so many diseases. we call that as "Immunity power" . With the help of Asanas immunity power will get build up in the Mind. When harmful waste materials are accumulated in our body, then there a possibility to get increased disease causing bacteria and poisons.
- Asanas removes the accumulated poisons from the body
- If in our body the main organs Heart, lungs, liver and Kidneys don't work properly some major ill problems will arise. Asanas make sure these all organs work properly and energetically.
- If nerves don't work then also we get a lot of major ill problems which may be life threatening. Asanas make the nerves strengthy and make the nerves stress free and establish the good relation between organs and the nerves.
- Asanas protect us from the Most main disease causing Psychological stresses.
Our
body is having energy sphere around. We call this as Shakthi Kavach too. In
Yoga Science we call this as "Pranamaya Kosha". Very long back this
was told by our yoga gurus. Instead of keeping it aside, Some scientists from
Russia did research using a way called "killiyan Photography" and had
taken the photos of Energy sphere and proved it. This energy travels inside and
outside of our body through some channels. These channels are called as Nerves.
When these channels are closed or most of the energy is accumulated at a single
point then some types of psychological
and physical diseases will arise. By doing Asanas pranic
energy will move easily through these channels and will help not to
become unhealthy.
Asanas
will make changes in the breathing pattern. Speedily and Unequally taken
breaths denote physiological and psychological stress. Because of
Asanas breathing will become slow, lengthy and equal. Asanas reduces the
breaths and make them lengthy because of this Peace will come in the mind.
Until the
time we do Asanas our Mind be active. The mind which is always running here and
there get focused on to the body when we do asanas. Then also if we
don't keep the mind on to the body and movement, we can say those are not
called as yoga asanas. Even though we do the Asanas physically perfect but
don't keep mind on the body then there is no use. When we do Asanas if we keep
our mind on to the body atleast that much time all sorrows and fears won't come
in to the mind. You may think its use is until the 1hour time we do Asanas but
gradually these will induce a good change in the mind of person. Feelings in
the mind will get reflected in the body. For example if we are angry, we shiver
the chest and elbows. When we are sad we shiver the body. When we have
disturbed mind we take breath fast. Our talk will tremble. When we are happy,
we feel our body is light and so much free. Like this body tells how the mind
status is. Yoga asanas will make our mind and body strengthy and healthy
and will remove sorrows, pains and make our mind & body beautiful
surely.
